Between Abbey Rae AB (“Company”) and Customer

1. Course Overview

The Human Design Advantage is a self-paced, transformational learning experience designed to empower the Client with the tools and understanding to read and work with Human Design. 

2. Payment Terms

  • Total Investment: $1641
  • Payment Plan: $547 x 3
  • Payment Schedule: Payments are automatically billed monthly from the date of enrollment.

By accepting these terms, the Client agrees to:

  • Complete all agreed-upon payments regardless of course completion status.
  • Understand that all payments are non-refundable.
  • Acknowledge that opting into a payment plan is a full financial commitment to the entire course investment.

Failure to complete payments or honor the plan may result in:

  • Loss of course access
  • Forfeiture of any remaining access, bonuses, or support
  • Potential legal or collections proceedings in accordance with Swedish business law 

3. Client Responsibility

The Client agrees to:

  • Take full ownership of their experience and engagement with the materials
  • Understand that results are self-led and dependent on their own application and integration

4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All course materials are the intellectual property of Abbey Rae AB and are for personal use only. Redistribution, copying, or sharing of content is strictly prohibited.

5. Acknowledgement & Signature

By signing below, the Client confirms their understanding and agreement to these terms, including the non-refundable nature of the payment plan and full responsibility for completion of payment.
